Expected Patient Behaviour

Hi Good Patient
  • Congrats you are getting this therapy as a destiny. Use it fully.
  • After therapy when you reach home, you are a deemed in-patient in a far-off hospital.
  • Take full rest, preferably, within a room.
  • Please reach for therapy on time or early.
  • Once in ‘let the mobile-phone go silent.
  • Inform near & dear not to call during the therapy time.
  • Report feed-back fully & truly, as also seemingly insignificant details.
  • Do not suppress progress for want of a better cure.
  • Review the self condition/progress two (2) hours after breakfast.
  • Eat well & only on schedule or if hungry. Do not suppress appetite.
  • Do not eat in between.
  • Sleep early & well at night.
  • Count, how much beyond 8 Hrs, did you sleep?
  • Afternoon nap is advisable, but not beyond 30 minutes.
  • Do not drive, ride or pillion ride.
  • Do not go in the sun / rain.
  • Do not supervise home making.
  • Do not engage in arguments.
  • Therapy should not be taken: when hungry or on empty stomach, and when sleep deprived, or after consuming alcohol.
  • Ideal time for therapy is 1.5 to 2 Hrs after food.
  • Declare, at least a temporary NO to all intoxicants.
  • Strictly follow any specially given instructions.
  • Should you not be able to reach, please inform in advance.
  • Please be rest assured : when inside you are in a no camera zone. Any pictures (stills or videos) will be taken only after informing you.
  • You are entering a no-smoking zone. Kindly co-operate.
  • By-stander will not talk to the patient or through mobile.
  • Deliberately attempt to adhere to ‘Food related suggestions'.
  • As far as possible: adopt COLOUR suggestion.
  • Remain calm.
  • Please avoid phone calls while and as on needles
